"Are You Serious?" exclaimed one of our customers when she asked how the slow cooked shoulder of irish lamb was prepared. You see it takes a whole 3 days to prepare this very popular dish and when our head chef Luis Casera explained exactly how it's prepared, the customer begged for the recipe.

As you know, we treat all our customers the same, so we had to share it with you as well.
