Menu for our South American Tasting Dinner!

 While, we have yet to confirm the fish course - you only get the freshesh fish on the day, not a week in advance -
Luis has confirmed the rest of the menu for our South American Tasting & Dinner tomorrow night

With a glass on arrival, followed by a tasting of 6 top-rated wines (see full list HERE)
you'll be ready for dinner, which is as follows


Amuse Bouche

Empanadilla of Mushrooms, Spinach & Ricota with Salsa Criolla 

Fish course - to be confirmed
(if available fresh, Luis is planning a Fennel, Lime & Pimenton Marinated Swordfish, with Celeriac, Apple & Puy Lentil Salad)

Parrillada of Iberican Pork Loin, aged Striploin and Chorizo, with grilled Mixed Vegetables and Chimmichurri Sauce

Creme Caramel Dulce de Leche
